Guys, how long it takes for a refund from kitbag??

I have just returned to them the Denial of Receipt form for resend order. The original order was lost during shipping and they resend it again but unfortunately the resend was also lost during shipping So I chose refund this time.

I have 3 parcel successfully delivered by UPS but don't know why this time gatal tangan to try Royal Mail International. I will never ever trust Royal Mail International nor Pos Malaysia again

Bottom line, don’t ever trust POS Malaysia! All my parcels were delivered by Royal Mail to UK addresses and all good!! I tried to send it to MY once in a blue moon and it will gone in thin air 

Another poster who asked about LFC store shipping - bloody expensive, IMO, at 15 quid. Wouldn't have paid that kind of money if not for the exclusive pre-order free gifts. Last time I had my order sent to a UK address (bulky items), it was only 5 quid.

told u guys already mar. not worth the waiting and hassle that comes with using normal mail if it goes missing.
and sadly it goes missing quite frequently.
better be careful, they say that kitbag will ban your credit card if u keep claiming refunds / resends.
because they know that they sent it for sure, only the problem is with pos malaysia mar.
so thats why i never use normal shipping anymore.

i thought resend is using UPS.. lost also? Coz the first time i bought from kitbag using normal postage and lost it.. so they resend using UPS to me..

I don't know about others but in my case they resend using royal mail since the original was send using royal mail
