My shipment from kitbag dispatched on 19th april still stuck at germany since 21st april until now.
Reason given by UPS is adverse weather condition. Just want to ask if anyone receive your parcel recently??

If i track my parcel, it only shows until 21 april, don't know where is it right now, probably still stuck at germany

Guys, how long it takes for a refund from kitbag??

I have just returned to them the Denial of Receipt form for resend order. The original order was lost during shipping and they resend it again but unfortunately the resend was also lost during shipping So I chose refund this time.

I have 3 parcel successfully delivered by UPS but don't know why this time gatal tangan to try Royal Mail International. I will never ever trust Royal Mail International nor Pos Malaysia again

Normally in Asia because of cheap labour cost

I don't know about others but in my case they resend using royal mail since the original was send using royal mail

talking about sizes, i just realized the size chart shows Umbro XXL (47-49), Adidas XXL (48), Nike XXL (50-52). Didn't know that nike is one size bigger than umbro & adidas

actually it is only 6.81 (excluding VAT), just received mine (home + away) yesterday

Even though it has tracking number, it doesn't tell the current location like UPS

It only show this --->> "Your item, posted on 04/05/10 with reference xxxxxxxxxxxxx has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in MALAYSIA"
