Me also face a situation like you...got mail dispatched from uK on 13/4/ and 16/4..yet to received it...i managed to call Pos Malaysia KLIA last friday.. they said..they also still waiting for parcel from UK dispatched out from 15/4 to 22/4..they mentioned to me some of the parcel went out from UK on 24/4 onwards already touch down at KLIA but anything b4 that date..still MIA...they said most probably the mail still in UK or transit in Hong Kong..i got some confirmation from royal mail they said..mail to Malaysia maybe still at Hong Kong..because mail to Australia also still at Hong Kong for transit..only got their clearance last Friday..hopefully mail to Malaysia also got transit over there and got their clearance last friday..maybe someone can call for update from pos KLIA...here the number 0387871122 ext 130..just incase if u want to keep update with the mail...
