Post Malaysia have problems for both incoming and outgoing services, even for Pos Dafter to Australia! Besides i have no problem whatsoever with Royal Mail UK to Australia, so is another mate of mine, never got missing normal mail. So why so many normal mail from UK went missing in Malaysia? You do the deduction yourselves

wait for 10-15 days lor.
then call up the store hot line.
most likely either missing in post or in dilevery.
if missing in post they will refund you.
i suspect beause is too dirt cheap, they sengaja make it missing in post so that they refund.

i have a question here... recently, i printed EPL patches on my arsenal jersey. this is my first time applying patches by myself. i have follow all the guide post by jerseymen... but there was a problem occur... when i start ironing my patches on the jersey, one of my patch did not stick to my jersey... i put some water below the patch as told by jerseyman and iron it several time but it still not stick... when i peel the plastic cover and iron directly on top of the patch, it start 2 stick... may i know why is this problem happen?

THe procedure for missing post with UD is like this.

Wait 10 working days from the day of despatch. Then wait another 7 days (incl weekends), then contact them. They will do some investigations and ask you to sign a form, which then they will offer you a refund, or send you the item again.

The england away jersey is made up of 3 different materials.

The front chest layer.. is made out of the same cotton like later as the man city jersey or england home

The sleeves are made out of spandex (lycra like material) and are tight.

Sometimes the glue is not strong enough. You have to press a bit when you apply them yourselves.

The best is to have a heatpress machine to do this.. if don't then you can go to shops like ali or r1 to apply them but they charge you for this.

When you peel off the plastic film, there is no cover and heat is applied directly. Hence the bonding is improves. But this is not recommended because you might ruin it if you press to hard and too hot without the plastic cover.
