Bro, the trick is to apply it the other way round.
Terbalikkan your jersey and arrange your badge under the shirt. Once you managed to arrange it then iron it. It's risky but the badge is thick, that's why you need to do it that way. |

QUOTE(myalison @ Jan 27 2010, 01:21 PM) need some advise here. How come you paid £6.95 for UPS? Ask UPS to email you the tax form from the customs and check the freight value, that's the one that is expensive and varies.i purchased 4 jerseys from kitbag with the total value of £64.35 plus £6.95 shipping fee. it was 0.8kg as stated in the tracking website. UPS called up to inform that i need to pay the tax of RM 209.80 i need advise here. my total purchase is below RM 500 and below 1kg. in fact is abt RM 400 and the tax is ridiculously high. as i read from the previous thread: "And here comes the important part. Any goods with a declared invoice value of RM500 or lesser is not dutiable, irregardless of how high the actual tax, ie. 40% or 50% tax. So its safe to say that if your purchase value is below RM500, you won't need to pay any form of tax." is there any way for me to be exempted from the tax? can i refuse to accept the item. if yes, what will happen? thanks in advance. I don't think there's a way to exempt tax. Don't know what will happen if you refuse to accept. |

QUOTE(nimrod2 @ Jan 27 2010, 06:49 PM) aiyoh RM1k? i know about this because i kena tax before ma. last time i damn hero order one shipment rm1k. kena tax so painfully learnt the lesson lor. and learnt it very well Yea, I also kena the last time, sudah insaf. Added on January 27, 2010, 6:56 pmBTW myalison, the freight value in the tax form varies, depending on how many shirts or rather weight of the items you've bought. It is non advisable to buy more than 3 shirts from kitbag or anywhere because it looks bulky in a single package and has the tendency to exceed the 1kg limit. I've bought 2 shirts before from kitbag and was taxed because the freight value was RM112 when I only paid 11.85 pounds. You bought 4 and it's almost double mine. I wonder whether the freight value is proportional with the quantity of shirt bought? This post has been edited by Makakeke: Jan 27 2010, 06:56 PM |

I'm still waiting for a replacement starball from kitbag that was sent last week using normal airmail. The first one arrived really fast but this second one is taking a very long time, I wonder whether it'll arrive safely or not.

QUOTE(madfag @ Jan 29 2010, 10:17 AM) hi i dont know if this question has been asked, but i cant seem to find it. yes but it is super super super super super risky. I won't recommend you to do it. Might as well sell the shirt in BNWT and get another plain shirt and customize it.i just bought a Chelsea kit from Chelsea Megastore and it came with PU NNs. I was wondering if it can be removed because i want the lextra NNs. |

QUOTE(overthemoon @ Jan 29 2010, 01:48 PM) Re : the recent discussion on internet orders and custom tax I don't think you're pushing it. Your total value is very safe.Am about to place another order on Kitbag and am contemplating on how I should go about doing it. My priority purchase is this top which is 39.99 and including RM shipping, total purchase will be 46.95 - just under M$300. Am a bit tempted to sneak in a pair of socks at 7.99. Would that be pushing it, i.e., increase the chances of the package being scrutinised by the Custom ?? So far, I've been lucky with overseas order, even those that borderline the M$500 mark. But from what I read here, those chappies appear to be overzealous these days. Those guys must have got instructions from Chief to have replenish the country's kitty ..... |

QUOTE(robinwcm @ Feb 2 2010, 04:03 PM) Hmm...but i thought this is somekind of a Commemorative jersey, cos it has the "UCL 1999 winner" on top of UMBRO logo, the actual worn jersey dont have that right? They wore it in the 99/00 season. You can see that the NN is different from the 1 star.Attached thumbnail(s) |
