most likely either missing in post or in dilevery.
if missing in post they will refund you.
i suspect beause is too dirt cheap, they sengaja make it missing in post so that they refund.

Well, i did sent them a letter on the 17th day and they did reply which i've post it here a week ago. They told me to follow up with them in a months time from the date of postage.

Guys, how long it takes for a refund from kitbag??

I have just returned to them the Denial of Receipt form for resend order. The original order was lost during shipping and they resend it again but unfortunately the resend was also lost during shipping        So I chose refund this time.

I have 3 parcel successfully delivered by UPS but don't know why this time gatal tangan to try Royal Mail International.  I will never ever trust Royal Mail International nor Pos Malaysia again
