Youth Development is another story. It's all about money
Allow beer and cigarette company to sponsor Malaysian League like before. More income from sponsorship is always a good things ( as long not go to the wrong place )
Can give club more participant and prize money. No more unpaid salary for coach and player. Club can hire foreign coach which will always benefit. Start back 3 foreign player rule. 2 season is enough to get undiscovered local player shine
Lastly yet importantly Shebby Singh as FAM general secretary

true....i agree its all about the money...if there is more prize money then it will be more competitive. you said about beer and cigarette sponsoring.
i say legalize sports betting, rather than having those illegal bookie running around, government should run it or privatize it then tax them, it is a very lucrative sector.

Not even every schools has a soccer field(just like my school). People prefer to play street soccer or futsal too, due to most of the football fields not well taken care of. When it rains, gonna be damn muddy. Goal pole no net, nobody cares. These primary schools or secondary don't actually encourage football.
same here too...last time when i was young, i always wonder how those EPL footballer do those sliding celebration, i tried to do it end up hurting my knees...i was around 9 i think...hahaha.stupid of me.
