I think football team and games should make like extra-co. Meaning students will join and practice and play. Of course they don't practice everydat but 3 times a week then very 2 week gaming with other school or near by school. Although it can't develop a good team, but at least it provide opportunity for the kids to involve in the football. Then those are good will make as 1st team and so on. Scouting squad should go around and scout the players. Then choose them and form a district team, at least A and B, train them. Give them some min allowance. I sure is ok for kid with small amount of allowance. Then move to state level. Train and study in state level football school. Something like scholarship, everything paid for the kids. Every month inter state competition.
State level team is important, bcoz as national scouting they can move from one state to another to check on the kids.
At the begining lever, we should provide opportunity for the kids to play then choose the better one, go for state footbal schooling.
But here we spend alot on sponsoring competition but involve only certain players. It just restrict to those in the squad. Of course some of the non sport brain in the management will also come out funny ideas which doesnt really help on the development. We spend but we spend in wrong idea. That's why we don't have result. I think is better go to semipro, reason is players are gurantee jobs and even they retired they still can work on and carry on their life. It makes them feel security. If going pro, what happen if they can't preform or injured, what happen after retired? Our pro doesn't pay as much as those in euro, and job opportunity for football is less compare to them. Football coach doesn't have much vacancy. Actually they can be train as sport teache in school and in the same time manage the school football extro-co. For exp, i will going to U do my degree. If I go football after retired what can i do? If i can do my degree in the same time involve in football then i can go on. But now no choice need to choose the security one.
