I dont really use speaker so doesnt matter much for me. But the thing that annoys me most is using it outside..can't see at all if there's sunlight. Any way to make it better?

QUOTE(Vervain @ Jan 29 2010, 11:00 AM) Needless. If you can store it on the sd card, chucking in a 32gig memory means you can fill the Phone with apps till it runs out of space. Now that's astonishing. LOL..32GB..I dont think if you install ALL apps form the market also you will fill up all that space..haha..Just Kidding..you must remember, there is still a portion of your phone memory used to store the critical information of the apps QUOTE(syyang85 @ Jan 29 2010, 12:36 PM) Why should I? Read the T&C of Google if you have not..Its not the first time I buy an original phone afterall..Everytime I buy it, I read the T&C properly..Not many people do this..Consider it my bad habit if you have to..But thats how "worldwide warranty" works..QUOTE(zerigemok @ Jan 30 2010, 11:53 AM) quick question, at the phone status it shows my mobile network signal strength. Mine is -101dBm and 6 asu. How does it works? Higher value = better signal? Hehe..You know what..We have the right expert here for this..Bahathir.. Bahathir, I think its time for you to unveil your signal processing understanding..Even I know just the basics.. |

day's Celcom3G is horrible around my home.
Expert? No lah my friend. I also know basic thing only. -101dBm is lower then -89 dBm. Just plain math Added on January 30, 2010, 11:42 pmN1 performs best outdoor. Once I got -57 dBm and 2000 kbps DL. Hope getting better performance after the update. This post has been edited by bahathir: Jan 30 2010, 11:42 PM |

So it really is bigger value = better eh. I noticed when i'm indoor, i mostly get edge only. But when i go near a window, 3g and damn fast connection
If i'm being picky, it's the screen timeout lock lol. The power button is too far to reactivate my phone A neat trick i found to add yahoo mail for non mail plus users |

zerigemok, I will assume you do know how to change the sleep time or an application that can keep the screen awake until its switched off and the phone goes back to auto sleep mode
Even I had problems finding troubles with this phone..It just feels perfect..Once Android apps reach the same as iPhone apps, its gonna be even better..Even after having it for almost a month now, the phone feels so elegant and it wows everyone whenever I go anywhere |

Yeah i do. But keeping the phone awake will drain the battery life so i prefer not to. I just wish there is another way of activating it other than using the power button

QUOTE(ccm @ Jan 29 2010, 07:21 PM) bahathir, may i know how to get the hacked one ah ?? Oo.. Now I am using the charger which comes with the N1 (1000mA) . Previously, I am using Nokia E52's wall charger, (rating 1200mA). I have no problem with both charger.Beside using charger, I also regularly connect N1 to my laptop with Noka USB-microUSB or the one which comes with the N1. In any cases, I don't have any problem. then.. has anyone tried to charge your n1 by other brand charger? or other usb cable? today i charged by a cheap usb cable and my nexus one menu all the texts bcome crazy text.. the location of where the text should be all run off already.. Try restarting your N1, and see if the problem still occurred. TQ.. |

shahz : Look carefully at the unit...
With wifi, i got 600 kByte/s which is about 5 Mbit/s (Mbps) Or, it took 5 seconds to transfer 3 MB file. This post has been edited by bahathir: Jan 31 2010, 09:47 PM |
