Yes and No. Nexus One can be synced to Outlook using third party bridge though. That bridge costs about $35 USD if I'm not mistaken

Thing is, Nexus One seemlessly syncs with Google server. Once you add your contacts, they will be synced with Google's server and stored there. I find it a much reliable backup personally because you never know when your server can get in risk.

guys, what are sleep mode for android phone?

seem a lot of people are using N1 here. so I got mine and want contact so how? must sync with Google?

any1 have know how do I transfer contacts from blackberry storm 9500 to my nexus one? I try many way and I couldn't export my contacts from bb 9500.. then using bluetooth send also cannot..no such option in my bb storm..

N1 can read/import VCF file. So, if your Storm can export contacts in the vcf format, then the task will much easier.

when I click on a photo -> share -> gmail..
it comes out with this error msg: the application gmail (process com.google.android.gm) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again..

I receive a MMS i want to forward it as an email..

then, how do I save the picture to preferred location ?

If I did that, GMail starts with compose new message with the picture(s) as the attacments.

Did you set or logged into your gmail accound before start sharing?

your way worked, bahathir..
but the procedure is long

1) hold on the picture in MMS
2) copy the attachment to SD card
3) press home screen
4) go to gmail
5) compose
6) press menu + attachment
7) choose your attachment

type the msg you wanted to type ( how do I copy if i would like to copy the text from MMS )



My previous phone has just press on forward as --> email --> then type email address u can send already..

Copy MMS message and paste to Gmail ...

Simple.
Open the MMS or SMS
Tap and HOLD at the texts. Message options dialog will appears
Tap at Copy message text
Close MMS and open GMail -> Compose.
In the Message body box, Tap and HOLD. Edit text dialog will appears
Tap at Paste

and is it possible for me to select multiple msg and delete?
don have to hold one by one and press delete..
