Any of you guys experience problem when transferring video to your phone? I tried to transfer mp4 videos to the video folder in card storage, but when I play it through WMP, no video can been seen, only can play the sound. LOL. Thanks. Checked on xda, and seems that there are people facing the same prob also.. Any help from those who managed to play their video?

Install QuickGPS if it is not already installed in your device. This program will recall satellite positions and Garmin will lock in within 1 min.

The best Dvix encoder I have come across that can convert most movie/video format to avi Pocket PC is Pocket DivX Encoder. So far I have been able to play all the video converted by this program at my KS20, Omnia, HTC HD and now HD2. The BEST thing is, this program is FREE. I have tried many commercial converters and found this to be the best for PPC/Smartphone. Download from here.

wow, a lot of suggestions given, thanks. do those convertors mentioned have any sync issues and provide 800x480 reso? i'm pretty satisfied with my Mp4ForHD, because it provides super clear quality, but the slight sync issue kinda messed it up.
EDIT: once again, have found the solution for mp4forHD. just use the audio delay to make the image and sound in sync. =D
