Hacking the phone is not illegal i think, but who knows biggrin.gif

hacking your phone saves all the hassle signing apps and allow access to system folders such as C:\private and sys. With the ability to access to these folders you can do a lot of modification AND of course sometimes can save your phone (e.g. gallery corrupt, delete unwanted files etc)

Hacking ur phone is illegal which make it void the warranty, but after u uninstall the software which used to hacked the phone (Helloox2), then ur phone will be legal back i.e. warranty covered. icon_idea.gif

p/s: still waiting for Helloox2 to release hack version of v40 rolleyes.gif

Yeah, I face a lot of bugs on this firmware though Nokia shout its a big updates (usually big updates have lesser bug coz its already passed testing/R&D stages). Other forum already pointed out several bugs and flaws of this newest firmware, hoping that Nokia will look after it and release next firmware to fix it.

For helloOX, u can always check on this site: http://helloox2.com/?page=news icon_rolleyes.gif
Dun worry, once it release, I'm sure lyn will flooded with the news. tongue.gif

Yups. Thats the new features. For Alarm and answering call, u need to slide it to left or right in order to Stop/Snooze the alarm or to Answer call/reject call.
This only happen if ur key is locked.

U can disable it if u want (much safer) but don't uninstall it! By not uninstall it, ur phone still remain hacked, whereas many people around the world still trying to find solution to make the v40 hackable. biggrin.gif

Argh Dx
I've just installed opera mini 5 beta last week, but I can't seem to get it to respond to the internet T_T;;;
It keeps saying to check my network setting. I'm definitely still connected to the internet Dx

Is it because i might have chosen "allow once" when i was installing it thru ovi? I'm not sure if I chose that by accident ><

Nope it's not the lock / unlock key at the side of the phone. It's the slides key on the screen. Try lock your phone and asking someone to call you.

When you r phone is locked and your alarm riing, you can see two arrow bar pointing to the left and pointing to the right. One for snoozing and one for stopping. Just slide the bar according to the arrow direction like iphone lock
