too many acution now, not only limited to damansara damai

i just saw an ad that kenanga wholesale retail lot with a market value RM2.0mil now with a reserve price RM8xxK... but at 6th floor and < 900ft.

many properties are > 30% below so called market value. so for newly VP properties, it is normally will drop 3 rounds then only 'fair'

Yep correct...i dunt tink prices cann drop back to Rm200k for 1000sf apartments that valued at Rm400k nw...in 2010 and 2011 u can still get dvloper units at Rm200k+ but later no more such song to sing...these r the 1st batches tat started the price rise, some from Rm200k dvloper launching to Rm400k minimum upon Vp and than Rm600k++...layer dropped back to Rm500k+ but nrver to the launching prices..these weere the lucky ones

I think the borrower waited till the last minute to see who can offer better. -.- I think at lelong most likely will raise about 30k at a chance, but not sure how much he would have to add his profit into paying auction fees, auctioneer, agents etc.

Once again another cheap lelong unit check in at 300k.
Only 100 meter away to the MRT2 Damansara Damai station. Location wise is better the The Zizz which is more than the advertise 350 meter away (coz the station entrance is at the Police Station there)

Due to condo over supply of new launched in the vicinity of this area e.g. The Zizz, Suasana and D'Sara Sentral by Mahshing...
