Why not? Anytime before the hammer strike down (considered sold if that happened), unit can still be called off. Very last minute call off is on that morning itself. Example auction at 1030am. At 10am bank inform the auctioneer to take down the unit from being lelong.

Got a mid level floor facing facility in lelong now. But still high price at 369k. Probably good to wait drop price another round at 330k. Estimate in Oct 18.

Only the intermediate unit possible to get at 3xxK. For corner unit lelong units didnt appear for the past 2 years already. Price also dont think will fall below 400k for those corner units if available in lelong.

Nope. Corner unit is number 1 or 2 and also the other end 27 or 28 if not mistaken for Block A.

the problem here is that... the condo completed too early... mrt station not ready yet.... those who bought kenot rent out with good rate currently....

When this project launch or even after completed few years, mrt news also xda. Not even rumours.

Now with a confirm MRT2 station coming, price didnt increase. Or should say decrease from peak price of 400k. Really used to fetch above 400k but now subsale you can get below 400k easily.

yea... because those buyers from different timing... bought with attractive package... overgeared themselves... and hence skrang lelong berlambak or fire-sales... they are not ready to wait until mrt is ready only flip.... haha

Current loan interest is unlikely to remain low for long; rental will need to be quite substantially higher to be positive cash flow.
