With restriction dengan kebenaran pihak bekuasa negeri. Lease expiring on 05 March 2103.

Among the conditions set by the council was to build a dedicated U-turn under Jalan Sungai Buloh and Kuala Lumpur interchange opposite Jalan PJU 10/1.

Another was to build a connecting road from Damansara Damai PJU 10/5A and Sri Damansara Jalan SD 13/3.

There will also be a new connecting road from Damansara Damai at PJU10/5 to Prima Damansara at Jalan Tanjung SD13/3.

As well as a new road from Damansara Damai Jalan PJU10/1b to PJU10/9 or PJU10/1a.

Wonder what is the bid price if it does?

Found a 986sqft selling at 370k.
On pàpee it seems a bargain at this price for such a size but 4yrs ago it was selling at 300k. So little appreciation over the 4yrs is a big concern for me.

If can get Rm300k 1000 sqft then it's better than buying at Cosmo 674 sqft. 😂
Cons is 8yrs old by then vs new Cosmo.

With this cheap reserve price, definitely gonna attract many bidders. I predict the price will end up higher than the last reserve price 333k. The current owner will have the last laugh.

Unit call off. Someone managed to side deal with the owner at only 320k via subsale and can view inside of the unit. Good deal for the buyer. Bad deal for the owner. This unit definitely would have gone at a much higher price if sold through lelong today.
