I don think you can judge a technology company its NAV.

If i not mistaken, NAV for this MyEG should be 0.16. If you NAV is your judgement, I don't think you will buy it.

Lol you may go to see my thread in Sunway, then you will know why still holding. I don't 1 to repeat same mistake again. smile.gif

Sure I can sell and buy back. Just 1 thing appears in my mind, how do you know it will fall to the level that you want to purchase back? Or maybe never reach the level? Or maybe it never fall and keep up? So.... I just hold....

in my opinion, cannot value MYEG purely based on NAV,
MYEG is mainly providing services which do not require heavy assets

Think if they got new government service to boost their growth, the price can be justify, the growth had been slowed last year because lack of new killer services...
Maybe that's about time to launch new services... bought some last week.

Dear value investors, what are you going to do? Based on the report above, fair value is RM0.585. If you believe the report, then the stock is currently above its fair value. Are you considering selling? I won't. Holding on to this stock until the next financial crisis wink.gif Regret didn't buy more.

projected 2s dividend this year, so about 3% yield at currrent price

Sold half of mine last week at 0.58... though a bit regret cause goreng session continue till this week, but I stand by the reasons I sold ie >0.6 is expensive IMO + eu crisis is far from resolved.
