Agree. Even back in home country, we still apply adaptation if we move from one state to another. In the end, everywhere is about the same.

Also with that result, i would really recommend u study other field such as lawyer, engineering or doctor. Like some of the lowyat peoples had said, you could study in your local college for a couple of year then go to Pre-U.

In term of art, in Malaysia graphic work and illustration work have not too many are good, and can be easily scored distinction. If you really interested in Art, better off go to MIT and One academy in Malaysia, the lecture there will give u harsh word of advise on how the world of art and design work. After of couple of year, if you feel confident enough and decide to come to Australia, the standard of art will be how to say this, "up the notch" depending which university you have pick, there is this book of top 50 university in Art, if you really want to be pro, pick one of these university. There are well... some tutor are racists toward Asians, so pick your tutor well, fortunate for me... i pick the tutor who had went to work in Asia, before they becoming lecture/tutor, therefore understanding my M'sia slang, cultures and design work.

what do you mean your service phone number cant get any adsl service? you have to find / provide more information. coz if you are after an ISP but they do not accept telstra service numbers, then even you change another service number with telstra, that will not sort your problem but will have to change a phone provider instead

and it could be your geographical location whereby you can't receive service from an ISP but may from another so you may wanna check out others... i would think changing your phone number wouldn't do any good though im no pro in this field

is weird..usually if u got telstra number, then u can get many choices of ISP except that is no port from your area or for some reason..
are you getting adsl or adsl2+?

Standard registered mail from Malaysia. Its not speedy, but to their credit, Pos Malaysia hasn't lost or misplaced a draft to me in the time I've been here. (Not that its of any use to them)

this is what they said why i was rejected..
"DSL request failed - Reason Given: Incompatible or Unavailable Unable To Complete Notes: DSL cannot be provisioned on this service"

hihihehe: if bank draft gone missing just go back to the bank and tell them and they will issue you a new one with a fee... they will have to cancel the old draft first and made sure its not being banked in

onejme: have you tried any other providers other than AAnet? the reason given is a lil vague

from wat i heard when i doing a new bank draft at Public Bank last month, they told me I need to report this to police if the bank draft was missing. then get a report from police and go to public bank. it mayb need wait few months to get the case close...
