not stupid man. I'm a first timer myself too... =D well, i'd advice u to call the medical centre first, tell them about your current status and ask why it's delayed. then see their response and react from there.

agent told me 2 call medical center..n medical centre asked me call agent first..seem like i have no way now..i am really frustrated ..

I made my payment on last last Saturday and I still haven't got my COE =/. I have been asking both the university and agent constantly for days to get it out quick haha. Till now not much response =.=

then settle it one by one. tell the medical centre that agent asked you to call them. see what they say. it's your visa on the line so...you'd better try your best.. =D

they usually try to issue the CoE within 5 working days after you pay the deposit and the neccessary acceptance forms but with the huge load of work they have right now they might be a bit slower.

yup, however, when i applied at idp, the person knew who to send the application and all to thus having my application responded quickly..

hahah!! what's AUG? i used IDP man... mine...din really give them their cut. i only paid what was needed in the offer letter (1st sem fees, OSHC) that's all. visa i did it myself so i don't think they got $$ from me... xD

If you went to IDP at SS15 it's quite nearby.

Well agents usually don't get money from you, they get money from the University. Once your confirmed going to a University than the University will give a commission to the agent.

lol...i see. guess i didn't know they get a cut from the unis... xD one that was obvious was the visa because they charged more and she even told me that the extra was the fee. haha

crap man, i feel cheated. My uni liaise with JMC. Otherwise I would have chosen IDP. They told me they only need 5 working days to process but on the 5th day itself, then only did they tell me they need another 5 working days =.=

haha! well, in the end you got yours done right? that's a bright way to look at it. lol... but i thought if your'e studying in Aussie, no matter which part, IDP would do fine? hmm... -.=

Mine's JMECC. Application wise, it's real good. But couldn't blame them about COE since the uni's pretty busy as Hikari said.

I just receive my COE this afternoon. After 7 working days!!


Anyone here knows the procedure for applying VISA through online? Because I am currently not around Malaysia, so this is the best option for me. Am i supposed to scan my COE, Passport, Medical checkup results to a particular website?? I am aware that I am supposed to make my payment online.

No need to scan anything, they only need your CoE and passport number, there's no need to scan. Have a credit card ready.
Medical Checkup unfortunately you have to be here to do, you will need to go to one of their panel clinics listed when you make your application. You'll be able to download your refferal letter once you sumbit the online application and once you've done the check up with the clinic, the clinic will send your medical check up results directly to their office. You can not do a check up at a non-panel clinic.

Thanks, may I know where can I look for the list of panel clinics? and May I know how long (estimated) does it take to produce a VISA from the day you do your medical checkup to the day when it is issued.

Same. Just received this my COE this evening. Hahaha better get quick in applying for visa. My agent has answered my enquiry in getting a quick visa. At least she's efficient whenever I have questions.
