Energy has released a .cab file to completely disable the QuickMenu that is cooked in his ROMs. wub.gif

Now, which Energy ROM should I use. hmm.gif

These are my personal opinion on the QuickMenu & the QuickMenu is the only reason why I don't use EnergyROMs.
1. The QuickMenu lags the phone, startup speed is also affected by it. Let alone the loading of Manila is even slower when QuickMenu is installed.
2. It's ugly.

Agent mentioned that 5.6 for xperia will be out tmrw. Can't wait for it. Don't know why lately my battery life is quite bad with 28014 II and bugs are showing up here and there.

I'm kinda ok with the quick menu. Agent uses that in his rom also isnt it?

I'll let you guys try that one first. tongue.gif

I'm gonna try EnergyROM 23518 20110 StandardM2.5 with QuickMenu disabled.
Agent uses QuickMenu? Where? Never saw it before. sweat.gif

Does anyone knows what keyboard is cooked inside agent's ROMs?
The keyboard that came with Energy ROMs is rather..... too small, even for the XT9 keyboard.

off topic, does anyone using or used papago x5 ppc?

this is my 1st time use papago navigation, i found out the routing of papago is worst than garmin mobile xt, both are using latest MFM maps.

and one more thing is this morning i use papago x3 cantonese voice.

when i suppose to turn right papago pronounce left instead of right and vice-versa. WTF is tat??? it keep pronounce wrongly all the way i go to my office.

does anyone with papago x3 have this problem b4?

but the map and turn preview of papago is very good.

u will get more tired out if u use .cab manila installation file.

u can search around xda forum for the cab file for manila 2.1

i dun think they port .cab for manila 2.5 bcaz it is too integrated with other htc program. so, very buggy as cab installation file.

yeah x5 have english interface. x5 is the modified version of x3.

x3 i use it for 1 morning then i change to x5 leh, bcoz of the lousy direction pronunciation.

Added on January 22, 2010, 9:40 ammy x3 is chinese version too.

I don't really like the voice system in Papago x5 .. they are simply too polite!

Please turn right at the junction.. then, please turn left at the junction... arghh too many please-s!

Then for the roundabouts part I think there's a grammar mistake. Can't really remember exactly what it was though.
