everdying, why would razer change its sensor knowing that the new sensor will not perform as better as the old sensor? just for the sake of being different from others?

I'm planning to get Razer Deathadder soon, need your guys opinion on it.

What's the average price of it? I'm talking about the new model, which is the 3500 dpi.

you can get it from www.modernopc.com, this shop has one of the best customer service, can get rma faster than most of the other shops.
i personally used the old DA before, its very comfortable and tats why im planning to get a Mamba.
Its one of Razer's best selling mouse, i guarantee u personally, its worth every cent.

Just one thing is that u don have much customizable keys, and no synapse on board memory.

if u are more to a palm user, buy it, don wait. if u are claw user, still no problem,
but if u are serious claw user with not so big hands, imperator is for u.

DAv2 works on any surface, no jittery problems, has bright glow lights compare to imperator.

no idea, i obviously dont work in razer.
maybe they think the newer sensor better.
maybe they didnt renew contract with avago.
all i know is the philips sensor is heavily reliant on firmware to make it work well, which razer can do.
wanna see how bad the philips sensor can be without good firmware, just take a look at the cmstorm sentinel

one thing i don like is that the battery life sucks.
if i game wohle day and no more battery, i have to leave my laptop on and charge it for whole nite. very bad for laptop cuz laptop gets heat up easily.

btw, can i use usb charger to charge mamba? those usb charger plug to electrical plug directly one.. if charge whole nite like tat will the charging dock led lose its brightness over time?

and by the way, anyone know how to fix mini usb into mamba charging dock? if yes, how narrow does the mini usb need to be? and where can i find.. thank you.

click feel solid enough,maybe bro michael dint use it too much LOL no nid to do anything to refresh the button feeling
remove the rubber shell of the usb?? then use tape to tape it(so no one get electric shock lol)

yea i'm using the plug with usb socket for my mamba . . but when charging the charger dock's light doesnt glow (no idea why like that) . . but the mouse can still be charged . . charging dock rating is 5V but the plug is 5.2V . . shud be fine gua . . got it from niclasteoh for 18 bucks

when charging the charger's dock don glow? u mean ur mouse placed on the charger dock and ur mouse is connected isit? then ur charging dock is actually not charging the mouse, the mouse charged by mini cable? is that wat it means?

no modified cable. . instead of plugging the usb cable to my cpu . . i plug it to the usb plug

Razer's products are not good

So far, i have purchased the Razer Goliathus Speed and Control, the Deathadder 3G, Arctosa and lastly the Salmosa.

-Goliathus Speed: Sold it off because its slippery and already switched to the Control.
-Goliathus Control: Can't sell it off because it has white spots and its even MORE slippery than the speed edition. Regret buying.
-Deathadder: Scroll wheel died and came back after 2-3 days. Felt like throwing it against the wall with the hard-to-grip shiny sides. Sold it off in 4 hours.
-Arctosa: Can't even hold V+Tab. Even my RM 50 logitech keyboard can do that. WASD Keys making some weird friction noise. Regret buying it and currently using it.
-Salmosa: The only product that has no problems so far. Right now, left click has squeaking. Currently using it.

If the Salmosa fails me, that will be the last Razer product for me.
