erm.... how now? is there any other way? i am scheduled to take my rma mamba around after cny, soonest.... if they give me old one i really bang my head liaw T.T somemore old one wif crazy lots of scratches. very unfair eh..

Try request that they give back ur own unit lo or other units which the condition is not worse than urs

no la . . i got my rma unit from ban leong in 2 mths . . new unit from razer usa after another month of complain with them . . . then they send me in 3 days =)

how u complain to razer? u email to them and complain for a new mouse is it? if i get old unit, i wanna complain as well.. teach me.
what else u do? u got give them the picture of ur mouse? if not how come they will just send u a new mouse? if liddat, i can also request a new one xD

Not to promote abang moderno or something, just sharing my experienced of sending the barracuda for rma. Sent in the headphones and waited for like 3 weeks, got a brand new sealed unit. Got the barracuda from abang moderno. Thought it be 1 month tho'. Lucky me i guess.

@noobie1, this is razer thread, cannot even discuss about warranty claims to defect or faulty razer products? or u don feel happy when ppl asking question regarding warranty procedures? can send me the link of moderator? and sorry if u're not happy with ppl discussing about warranty procedures.

got jittery problems so far? i think its like mamba, no jittery problems for latest firm.
and ur imperator box i keep it first till cny k? cuz its in kuching.

I don't think you can fit the mini usb into the charging dock. You have to find something small
Standard size would not fit. I tried it before MY mamba is still kicking and it is coming to 1 year. My lachesis past its 2 year mark. WOO HOO

oo, but a guy from youtube said he had been able to fit in one very narrow mini usb into the charging dock.. dunno how he manage to find such narrow ones...

My CH is now 2.5 years old... Talk about reliability! Aside from scratches at the base, it's still pwns.

wow tats great.. razer's deathadder and the mouse before it are were great mouse.. i felt that the laser sensor technology is stil not properly developed yet, tats y most of the mouse after deathadder have many problems.

CH is laser.
so it has more than enough time to develop.
what happened is razer changed its sensor from avago to philips twin eye starting from the lachesis.
the avago of cos is used in logitech g9x, ss xai etc.

isit just me or is the DA refresh's hump shorter compared to the old DA? im feeling pain in my hand using the DA refresh...no such problems with the old DA....can someone confirm pls?
