QUOTE(PrinceCaspien @ Mar 27 2010, 06:56 PM) What crap are you saying? Just called a 012 number in kuching and goes through...... Like I said. We are officially only supporting DiGi to DiGi video calls at the moment. If you're making video calls to the other networks... if it works, good for you. If not, well then, sorry!

EDGE coverage is pretty much as it is at the moment. But definitely we're gonna use our resources to expand 3G. If you have coverage issues, just send me a PM. I'll get some guys to look at it. One thing good about DiGi from my own personal perspective is that we do listen to customers (most of the time!). As for postpaid roadshows, it's all blackberry related at the moment. I'll let you guys know if I hear anything. Added on March 29, 2010, 3:05 pmQUOTE(Darkmage12 @ Mar 28 2010, 10:47 AM) The apple that got bitten? Nom nom nom! Why think like that? We'll try our best to be fair. We arrange the different dates that way to provide the best experience possible when you collect your iPhone mah.

QUOTE(eeeee7 @ Mar 30 2010, 11:12 PM) Thank you for your interest in preordering the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS from DiGi. Unfortunately, we have identified that you have been blacklisted by DiGi or another mobile service provider. In order to sign up for a new DiGi Postpaid plan and purchase the iPhone 3G or iPhone 3GS, you will be required to clear all your outstanding payments. Once you have obtained a clearance letter from your mobile service provider, you may bring the letter to a participating DiGi Centre from April 5th 2010 onwards. The list of participating DiGi Centres will be made available at http://www.digi.com.my/iphone after March 31st. this is wat they emailed me, just port succesfully to digi minutes ago Added on March 30, 2010, 11:13 pmwhere else is the road show??? My guess is that the checking for iPhone eligibility was done before you settle everything with your previous telco.

It's a starter kit with some goodies in a case. So, how was your experience collecting your new iPhone? Was it better than previous broadband or blackberry roadshows? Here's a pic of the one in 1U. Got numbering and queue system. So you don't have to stand there and wait in line. This post has been edited by SweetPuff: Mar 31 2010, 04:32 PM

QUOTE(weikeat90 @ Mar 31 2010, 11:27 PM) @ soonlee33 did u complaint to CFM?? i lodge a complaint thr and digi helped me to port back digi campus ady. sialcom even waived my RM 11.90 charges. That's one way to do it. I think will be the better way. Need some external pressure to make things move sometimes. Even for digi Added on April 1, 2010, 12:35 amQUOTE(super_evil_alien @ Mar 31 2010, 10:13 PM) He's DiGi webmaster Perhaps SweetPuff should make a siggy saying he's working for DiGi Don't need lah. I'm here in the forums on my own capacity and interest. Just so happens I work in DiGi. I'll to chip in whenever there's a need as DiGi didn't officially appoint me to look into online forums. That being said, myself and my colleagues do look into online comments seriously though. This post has been edited by SweetPuff: Apr 1 2010, 12:39 AM

QUOTE(fruitie @ Apr 1 2010, 01:32 AM) SweetPuff, I, as one of the users demand an explanation on this. Since you are one of the employees from DiGi, I'm sure you can give us a good explanation on this. I'll definitely throw this plan away and ask my other friends too. DiGi is making me embarrassed because I was asking my other friends to subscribe to DiGi Campus, now you are coming with all sorts of implementations. The 100 minutes implementation was drastic but still could be at least accepted. How about this Internet? No early communication is made and expect us to know? We are not God OK? We won't know. After scolding only telling me will broadcast tomorrow, what the heck for what purpose? I'm really pissed off. Yes, I'll try to seek an explanation for this as well when office starts. But ultimately, I do agree that this should have been handled better. I'm really sorry you guys have to go through this.

Do note that not all DiGi outlets will have Legend or the Blackberries ya. Refer to this list: http://www.digi.com.my/internet/smartplan/buy.htmlTo me personally, the Smartplan is great if you never have a data plan before. Else you get a sweet phone like the Legend and only use very little internet, you're really limiting yourself. Same as those who use Blackberry without the BIS.
