I believe we just need to show the merchants our phone with telco operating logo stated "DiGi" will do. Just afraid of embarrassing moment when those employees have no idea why do I show them my phone.

I tried. The employee ask for the promotional sms instead. I got confused because the ad says "just show your DiGi screen". I then ask the DiGi guy on Twitter and he says we only need to show our DiGi home screen. If the employee do not accept just ask the manager, or report to DiGi so that they can correct the problem.

i have purchased the promotion meal with RM20 last month,
at first they asked for the sms,
but i said on paper ads,
it mentioned i just need to show Digi logo on my phone,
after that they went to get the fax or information and give me the meal...

Never mind, I'll print the ad from my office printer, in colour some more and let them see clearly.

this is better,
as no every staff in kfc know.

last time when i want to purchase,
the cashier said can,
after that he asked the manager or person in charge in the branch,
he said cannot except i have the promotion sms.
