QUOTE Yes but we can also play Bolton later when they've got new manager syndrome as well as with FA Cup and Champions League games to juggle at the same time. The match postponement is an opportunity missed to get a perfectly winnable game out of the way in my book. The postponement has its own pros and cons. Since we can't control mother nature, that's it. Better to focus on next fixture. This post has been edited by faizfluff: Jan 7 2010, 05:52 PM |

to me it's better to postpone. we're hit with injuries and you guys saw what happened to fulham rite? Now they gonna be without Zamora, who is the form of his life, and Hangeland because of injury while playing in the snow storm.
imagine had we play yesterday, and bolton comes out physical as they always have, u think we can avoid injury maa? huhuhu... what if we lose AA... denilson.... or worse Gallas and Vermy... huhuh |

well...the match has been postponed so let's just focus on the everton match now....it is another tough match as everton are really in a bad form and would fight all the way in every match since they really need the points not to get entangled in a relegation fight...hoping our gunners to treat them with caution and not thinking it's going to be another whooping of 6-1 like the 1st game at goodison....latest news is our legendary captain patrick vieira is having his medical at Man City right now....huhuhu...gonna be very weird seeing him in Man City shirt....damn....
Our ex captain going to play in the BPL again! This post has been edited by RyanAtwood: Jan 7 2010, 06:56 PM |

QUOTE(Quick` @ Jan 7 2010, 07:11 PM) interesting our ex captain confirmed move to city Oh great. If we buy him and he plays well enough we'll be losing him every 2 years for a month or so to a useless cup which frankly nobody cares but the africans =/and we are linked to a 6'6 striker Lacina Traore SoS, soccernet 6'6,big men.....perhaps just what we need This post has been edited by sigheart: Jan 7 2010, 07:53 PM |

Is sad to see Vieira gonna wear Man City jersey, but life goes on. They have to fight for them self.I think Mancini will pursue Henry next. By that time, really heart break we played against them

Why Arsene wants to swap his talisman?
Arsenal may swap Fabregas for Higuain: report MADRID (AFP) – Arsenal may be ready to sell Cesc Fabregas to Real Madrid -- if they get Argentine star Gonzalo Higuain in return, a Spanish sports newspaper said Thursday. Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger "is only willing to part with his captain if Real includes Gonzalo Higuain in the deal," said Marca, which did not indicate its sources. It said Real would prefer to offer Dutch midfielder Rafael Van der Vaart to the London club, and would only release Higuain for 35 million euros, 10 million less than they would pay the Gunners for Fabregas, Marca said. But competition for the 22-year-old Spanish international from bitter rivals Barcelona may force their hand, it said. In comments on the UEFA website, Higuain said he would like to end his career at Real Madrid, "the team and the city are my second home, and it would be fantastic." Fabregas, Arsenal's top scorer with 12 goals, is under contract with the Gunners until 2014 but his future has been the subject of much speculation this season. The player himself last month played down talk of a move back to his native Spain, saying that his future lies in the English Premier League. Fabregas began his career with Barcelona but was signed by Arsenal in September 2003. The following month he became Arsenal's youngest ever player in any competition when he appeared in a League Cup tie against Rotherham aged just 16 years and 177 days. http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20100107/wl_uk...arsenalfabregas |
