any prove for accusing tmnut is throttling youtube?
well, for me, some vid are superb fast, but some is just crap. a total crap that you dont get to view the vid that just a song without anything moving. |

some videos on youtube is uber fast while some or not... i think it's merely just depend on which server of youtube the video was uploaded on.

only vids on youtube that is low in quality (very low) can buffer nicely. others, you need a patient mind.
