No throttle time is from 1am till 11am.

Speed depends on location or IP addresses I guess.

My testing indicates direct download of .mp4 file is normal.

Mine shows different.
Maybe it's back ? But it take some time to get it back for all of us ?

In my earlier post, the screenshots show the testing was at 10pm and was slow. I just tried now at 3.30pm and .flv is downloading slow. So, it cannot be only between 1am - 11am.

I'm forced to use proxy most of the time to watch youtube and other videos..I can only watch youtube without proxy starting 5 a.m. -10.a.m..f***!

It's just another music video from YouTube.
It's direct downloading with 16 connections using IDM.
No other downloads are running.

During peak time we cant determine correctly either it is throttle or not, because that time our internet and intranet are traffic jam.

aiks..now even play warcraft at battle net or G arena also lag using streamyx... i was force to quit mmorpg because of streamyx alwalse lag, disconnect, delay, etc.

i just curious why we paid so much but we get such a crap internet if compare to our neighborhood country?

also streamyx customer service alwals no one pickup, is it they ignore their customer just like that ? or depends on them want pick up the call or not ?

No throttle time is from 1am till 11am. Throtttle time is from 11am till 1am next day. Throttle = slowdown.

now i have to use youtube downloader to watch youtube ...... and i realise the speed wont hit more then 30kbps

No la, I still not having youtube buffering during that time, it happen anytime, not during peak or business hour only. Very dependable on the internet situations...

but i realise that cybercafe that have static IP got no throttle at all

Gah.. I missed the tmnet uber speedy proxy.

Any more proxies to recommend?
