@Kamikraze, I suggest you go to mobile technic. Their service quite good over here in amcorp mall. People! Go for Capdase soft jacket! Brings your N86 solidness to a whole new level.. Reduce wobbly slide.

Just sent my N86 to NSC in Melaka.
Initially, I just wanted them to help me to clean the dust inside the screen. They said no problem. Then I just try my luck to see whether they can change the screen for 1 dead pixel and surprisingly, they response positively. So I just go ahead to claim the screen. I guess Ori set is worth the price. Hehe... |

Bro zepx. If A-Gps activated then will charge like 10 sens to get sattelite lock.. If deactivate A-Gps and just use Intergrated Gps then no charge. Settings can be done under navigation menu.

Exactly, then you can disable A-gps and network based. To be safer you go positioning server and choose disable.

QUOTE(~funeralofheart~ @ Jan 12 2010, 10:38 PM) Latest N86 News!!! Anybody know why there is a different in file size when u update the new FW through OTA n NSU? ![]() ™Firmware V21.006.54.1!!™ » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « The last firmware update for Nokia N86 (v20), bought in face detection for the camera and few other new features. This new firmware update is basically a maintenance release and it looks to fix the numerous bugs with the current firmware. Users can easily update the firmware of the phone by entering *#0000# and then selecting the option of “Check For New Updates”. Since Nokia N86 supports UDP (User Data Preservation), users can update the firmware via FOTA, and they don’t need to worry about losing any of their contacts or messages. Users who have updated the phone to the latest firmware, don’t report any major performance improvement. Typical of Nokia, no official changelog is available for this firmware udpate until now. Update using FOTA Info!!! ![]() » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « 692kb via OTA n 152MB via NSU! |

Huh? what you mean? If wanna take macro shots use close up. Else other shots I always use user defined cause I prefer to choose ISO and white balance based on the available lights condition..

Zepx are you on V20? cause V11 have terrible close up shots. N86 is a camera phone and doesnt have scene mode? our neighbours will be LOL all day all night.. I notice less grainy night shots on V21
