may i know how much time u all need to full charge N86 from 1 bar..
i need more than 2 hours..even longer than charging E52 from 1 bar.. is it normal..? the battery 1200 mah, charger 1200 mah too.. logically it only need 1 hour only.. or maybe a little bit longer.. but more than 2 hours is too longer isn't it.. then the battery very cpt habis lol.. QUOTE(BingYao @ Jan 6 2010, 10:53 PM) This is not factual but from my observation.. Nokia use fast charge so the battery shows full charge in shorter time? But the charge is not saturated so the battery very fast finish? I notice my battery starts to die every fast. Heavy sms can last 1 freaking day only... 1 day is consider long enough..mine can't even last 1 day.. |

yesterday hard format and formatting mass memory and then not install any application..
i charge it and full at 7pm.. then i activate the power saving mode.. yesterday 7pm-1am internet non stop.. this day 8am-4pm non stop playing mp3 through loud speaker with 50% volume.. now have 2 more bar.. i think the d-pad problem is like N82 silver d-pad problem.. then N82 black d-pad was fixed right.. now i want test without using power saving mode..
how much time it can last..muahaha.. i think if the power saving mode is run automatically or we can set certain time to activate it better right..like N73.. N82 can't last long because dont have power saving feature..(T.T) Added on January 8, 2010, 6:48 pmuse MSDICT consice dictionary.. try google msdict viewer..use version 5.0..nice.. my friend said when using fw V11 UI very fast..
then V20 it make UI slower and buggy.. i think u must do hard format 1st... switch off, press (send/green key + 3 + *) then switch on the handphone.. or soft format *#7370# on standby screen.. format the mass memory too for full performance.. to activate power saving mode only press power button and select power saving mode.. QUOTE(KnY @ Jan 9 2010, 07:21 PM) Lucky me I didn't upgrade... Still using the v11 but sometimes kinda lag.... Herm... More technology, more problem... LOL! use V11 but didn't hack.. I'm very jealous with u.. when i buy it was preinstalled with V20.. Added on January 9, 2010, 9:02 pm QUOTE(cutiesbaby312 @ Jan 9 2010, 08:51 PM) well, i cant seem to hard reset the phone.. haha haha..same here..like a fool only.. press until like gila coz cant seem to find the power button with so many buttons pressed.. you need put the phone on the desk.. use right hand to press (green + 3 +*) use left hand to press power button.. soft format..easier.. QUOTE(KnY @ Jan 10 2010, 10:55 PM) In my opinion and there's many other saying our N86 do quite a pretty job compare to the other's HP that available in the market now... 1200mah only.. We're using 1300mAh battery leh... Normal sms and call usage can last 3 days... but this is smart phone..i didn't want to use for normal usage only.. if i want to use for normal use then i can buy nokia 1200..can last long for just calling and sms.. i hope with firmware update power management can be improve.. why la nokia dont letak 1500mah battery in this device.. QUOTE(sjn kishka @ Jan 14 2010, 02:14 PM) Anybody know why there is a different in file size when u update the new FW through OTA n NSU? its just like windows update..692kb via OTA n 152MB via NSU! only need sp3 pack to update from windows xp sp2 tp windows xp sp3..and data still remain.. but if u install fresh install from windows xp sp3 cd all data gone.. use via OTA preferable because this is only minor update.. using NSU like formatting ur phone.. when V30 available then use NSU or OVI or phoenix to update..because its major uodate.. firmware V 021.006 = battery life improved Added on January 14, 2010, 10:20 pm QUOTE(goldfries @ Jan 14 2010, 05:47 PM) face detection with fw V20 sept 2009..yes so long already..
