looks tarak cantik at all, but taste ok la.
1st step, prepare
Chop chop 1 biji onion into your prefer size, small or big doesnt matter, see which type you rike
Chop chop 1 biji tomato
Chop chop 4 piece of mushroom (i rike mushroom, so i put alot). if you dont like, then reduce lo
Chop Chop bacon into small piece, how much bacon see you like eat bacon alot or egg alot
I use 3 eggs, then beat it 99, add in 2 tea spoon of water and a bit pepper

2nd step, heat up the butter. I use 1 teaspoon nia, coz i sked fat these days. If you want taste better, 2 tea spoon will taste more nais

3rd step, kasi slow fire fry the onion until the fragrant smell come out. I usually fry like 3 to 4 minutes lo.
After the onion smell nais nais liao, pour in all the bacon. Fry it until it become crunchy crunchy. Slow fire also ah bo awhile all ur food become black black

when both onion and bacon seems ok liao, throw in the tomato and mushroom. Cook until its cooked, around 2 minutes lo. Slow fire also

After that, pour in the eggs. Stir it when it havent cook. This step takes how long depends on you. If you like wet wet type, then cook awhile can take up liao. If you want dry type, then abit "sao jiao" type, fry longer lo

tadaa...ok riao. I regret liao, i put too much mushroom liao. Next time 2 piece enough riao.
