hi, i'm using toshiba statelite L510 series, i have a problem to pair my laptop with my hp nokia 5230 using bluetooth, anybody could help to solve this problem? Previously, my laptop can pair with nokia 7610 using bluetooth and the 7610 can pair with 5230 as well.

i just got my qosmio x500. now anybody know where i can get a nice backpack or something to carry this around ?

mushroom0320, I also got this problem. Solve by upgrade Toshiba blue tooth stack to newer version. Hope this help you.

Does anyone has try to pair Bluetooth stereo headset with L510 series before?

is any one here already owned a toshiba X505? i designed to get a toshiba X505-Q860 (geforce gts360m) ... is it could run most of the latest games in high settings?as i google the GPU ... i saw a comment which is written there ... nvidia geforce GTS360M is a renamed GPU from GT260...

Hi...newbie here..
I'm currently have a L510-S4017B.
This model doesn't come with OS. So i did all the installations myself.
However, there is only 1 device which i can figure it out. It wrote there "PCI Simple Communication Device".
I've install Bluetooth, Memory card device, touch pad driver, wireless LAN, ethernet Lan, display driver.
Can anyone help me?? i cant find anymore driver from the website as i've tried all the drivers.

check ur laptop got phone jack port? Not the LAN. if got try get from Toshiba webside Modem driver.

this laptop does not have modem port. and when i tried to install the modem driver, supported device cant be found

You are install winxp right? after install bluetooth driver, have u got use function key to turn on the bluetooth to let it continue install the bluetooth driver? Hope it help.

Your case so strange, better call Toshiba to support. most possible some hardware prob le.

BTW, today Toshiba just update the extend warrany status for my laptop.

No..I'm installing Win 7. My model is PSLGQL-002001
Bluetooth driver installed and can be used normally.

i helped my friend bought a m500-s433 few days before CNY, but seems that after CNY the m500-s433 is gone. And this is the only Core-i5 toshiba lappie I've seen @ LYP before.

Checking at their website, I could only now find Satellite/Satellite Pro pre-built models with Core-i3 CPUs only.

Core-i5 is relatively new CPU design (should be Arrandale one), with Turbo Boost enabled, and Arrandale Core-i3 (which is put into most of the latest pre-built toshiba lappie seen at their site) do not have this.

Is Toshiba waiting to release a new badge of Core-i5 prebuilt models ? if not then have to custom ask Toshiba to make one for me.

Toshiba Satellie L510-S438 ati hd4570 can play game in high setting?or better choose Toshiba Qosmio F60-S530 GT330M 1GB if wan 2 play game in high setting?

GT330M is better than ATi HD4570
Though for the same price of Toshiba F60, you can get ATi HD4670 on Dell Studio XPS 16, which is better than GT330M for gaming
