Performance as in?
i3-2310m would be capable of running all your office work, net surfing, etc. smoothly. The Intel HD3000 is on par with the Nvidia G310m can even handle games at low-mid settings (depending on games, of course)
Its a good buy since its rather cheap and offers 3 years warranty

i do my media recovery in 32 bit. If i reformat my os to 64 bit, can i use the media recovery to recover my stuff? or i have to reinstall all things again since the media recovery is backup my stuff in 32 bit form?

What do you mean "my stuff"?
You're referring to creating recovery medias or recovering your laptop?

They no backup your stuff in any form. They just backup the OS, driver and preinstalled software...
