When you make booking? if not mistaken, this week is the last week to settle everything for the promotion. I heard 20/12/2009 is the day all units sold out.

Phase 2 is will be on sell at this friday, office open time is 10-6pm.
Office tel no: 03-7782 9988

Might take a look and if price didn't raise much...grab some more unit tongue.gif
Why is it so hard to get some one to call the office and share us the info rather than keep fight on some stupid issue based on assumption?

For those who concern about the conspiracy, thanks for sharing the information to us, but please don't tembak here and there.

who ever say every business investment is safe and guarantee return? Is fine to share your idea to us, but if you without any proof to back you up, those are just your view, not the fact.

If first imb = full imb, no worry, I will be one of the first few who will go to court and fight for this. And I will definitely share my info to fellow forumer here so they can pursuit this case as well. Are you gonna help us then?

AbangCorp, if you kind enough, could you try find your floor plan info and edit those useful information in a single post so we can easily sort thing out?

yeah.. that's wat i heard, but not from the sales office. so if those really wana buy it, then mayb u can sign the S&P together with the 10% downpayment by this week.

the problem is they only message me phase 1 fully sold

but thanks god i got a unit from another purchaser who would like
to release his, so i am quite lucky

they send me a message from 63660

Phase 2 open for sale indeed this friday 15-jan-2010
i do believe some ppl will sleep there to book a unit

if anyone have time around wisma peter may snap a picture for us

I heard from lawyer just now it would be 5-10% increased for phase 2. That sounds logic to me.

Phase 1 should be no more than 476 units based on the calculation 17x14x2=476 (lower grounds have less than 14 units per floor). And Phase 1 & 2 in total are 1120 units. That's where the name 1120 Park Avenue comes from

I called, it remained 2 carparks as what Phase 1 have, pricing still a "secret" to them..

SA dont dare to speculate the price and only ask me to go on 15th to check on myself..

Price definately increased dy i think..
