No. Just bought the same unit at RM468k come with 2 car park (not RM467K typo error). Facing the shoplot and side view is the swimming pool. Previously got 1 unit facing car park selling at RM460k but my gf dun like the view and I heard from the agent the unit is sold.

By the way for those already moved in, can the lorry drive all the way to block b when I move my furniture over?

Hi I got a fren that bought a unit at B2 facing the shoplot with 1 carpark at 432k about 6 months ago before VP. Considering it was transacted 6 months ago and it comes with 2 carparks I think it's quite alrite....an additional carpark at lvl 8 will cost u bout 15k.

It's going up as time progress...well I m curious how far can the price reach especially after the completion of Midfields Square n the launch of Midfields 2.

I'm using p1 but the bandwidth is super terrible. I swap between the cheap RM 68 monthly YES and P1 to accommodate my usage.

Don't go for P1 as it is really waste of money.

Good luck to any new tenant or buyers for this condo....All I can say the management office is beyond hopeless and only care on making money out of tenants. Remember don't simply park (no matter you know the other unit no one available) as they will lock your car without any warning nor care what you want to say.
