I dont think there is any rental of carpark yet..faster grab a carpark then later dont have anymore

dear residence, im looking to buy a unit there and will be viewing soon. wanna know if theres any request to the management and tm to get unifi for the place? if so, any update? i can make peace with it being so close to highways, but will definitely go  with 1996 jaring speed like internet or limited internet

hi fellas, just wondering abt the security phone (so guards frm guardhse can call unit etc.) - similar to solaris dutamas.
does all unit get 1? my fren is tenanting a unit in block b, dont think he has the phone, should he ask mgmt office or his owner?

another concern is that exits from lobby area of blocks should have a switch for a quick exit. imagine ur stuck with no access card to exit during emergency like fire etc. knew some other condos where mgmt eventually changed to switch for exits due to concerns during emergency. any one care to highlight to the mgmt?

hi guys, is there any bypass to PJ from midfields in the morning? or the only way is through east-west link? i know that highway is very jam in the morning

Just signed SPA today, so will be joining the neighborhood in few months time~ Lucky enough to get an owner urgent sale before election, 430k

wah, such a lucky person! The cheapest d agent shown is 480k negotiable....
Any chances u still have any1 selling at such price? coz looking at its build quality n close to cable, 480k really not a wise choice...

Noap, but advise you to look around and negotiate till you get one suit your price range~ You may try your luck out of Midfields, nearby got few projects just completed recently, some even are Freehold! Of course, price is higher a bit(or same if you looking at 500k++ at Midfields), but worth it... If is not out of my budget, Midfields definitely not my first choice...
