Don't need to subscribe. They give you a one time off RM50 free credit like in a prepaid which u can immediately use for free and deducted based on yr usage. To continue or subscribe later is up to you.
Not sure about gaming but regular surfing wise, it's much much faster than the maxis broadband or P1 i've tried. I've just terminated my maxis  On the lower range, YES has a RM48 for 1.5GB usage and RM68 for 4GB usage which I find are not too bad in terms of pricing actually. I was paying RM66 for maxis at 3GB and it was so much slower. Of course thr are also the RM98 and RM168 packages. |

Flooded? Wet or very wet yes but surely not flooded. A condo in USJ 1 really got flooded and the cars were like half-submerged in water. It's due to the open concept design of MF to allow in more natural light. As such, when it rains and there are strong winds, it gets wet.

No wonder they quickly dug up a drainage at the back of the shops facing the condo units. Rain water usually gets trap on that side of the wall due to the ongoing construction.
From what I counted previously, going around all sides of Blk A1 & A2 and from the rooftop garden, it looks like majority of units are already occupied. There seems to be only a handful of units here and there plus a few of the penthouses that are not yet occupied. My floor is fully occupied. |

Can see more of the shop lots now that the fences are slowing coming down. Setting looks suitable for alfresco dining.
