Wow awesome. Congrats on your new phone. I am green with envy!  tongue.gif
By the way, did you know you can add full voice to text function added into your keyboard just like the N1. Here's the simple hack to do it:

hehe.. thanks...
yea, i alr installed it and it's working... still don't know how you do it for texting... no time to play with the phone yet =/

It is a good phone which have almost all in one function. Like it a lot. But downside is without turn by turn navigation. Also no access to android market. Really need to consider whether wanna go for android or keep stick to w.m.~~
*
for turn by turn, i guess google will provide to other countries soon but not sure about m'sia...
I use G1 in m'sia also can access android market alr but not the US ones same here in AUS.

I wonder if it will play nice with HTC's Sense UI. Otherwise, it could be a straight forward update. I guess Nexus One will get it first and followed by others.

yea that's right. Nexus one will be showcase with android 2.2 + adobe air at the google i/o conference on 19th may. with the sense ui in place by HTC it'll take sometime for them to release it to the htc phones.

those media files, they have their own folders...
As for the video you will need to convert as only some files are supported at the moment, go their website to check.
I'm currently testing the videos by converting them.. manage to convert into the right resolution but can't get the subtitles(animes)...
The output of the videos are awesome though...

so now i decided to get a new phone, any difference between Google Nexus One or HTC Desire. I know spec to spec wise, Desire is somewhere better, but I want some opinions from those who have rooted their android phones, which one has more active development on?

AFAIK Htc desire not yet come out the root yet or still in progress..(im not sure)
but u can root N1 for now..
N1 will get faster update from google over htc desire..
htc desire got sense UI but u can get it for N1 too if u root it...
or u like trackball then go for N1...tongue.gif

More Ram in Desire compare to Nexus One and it uses Optical instead of trackball in Nexus One

So, can we say that in hardware desire which have higher ram and optical scroll is better. While software or application nexus 1 is better cause they always get the latest update from google while desire need to wait for htc developer? (If they do the update)
