Legend is using 600Mhz while Desire using Snapdragon 1Ghz
Since its Android, should be cheaper.. Way cheaper than HTC HD2 if it comes out!

What is the difference between this and Nexus One apart from the looks ?
At the moment, the hardware specs seems almost the same (main features like AMOLED and 1GHz processor)

U mean Custom will retain the unit if without SIRIM certification?
*
Once u import stuff from overseas, they will retain it if it contains hand phones

Even if we use courier?

I think so too. If you are lucky enough, it will slip through custom. Its a risk!

Really? Says who? Did HTC make any announcement? Is this an April Fool's Day joke?

I only know that today is the rumoured launch date for HTC Legend.

How much do you think customs charges will be?
*
FYI, theres no tax if you order something overseas less than AUD 1000 rclxms.gif
Of course thats in Aus..

In Malaysia, tax 10% + SIRIM around RM215, I think

anyone here order htc desire by clove uk, the price around RM 1800 if convert to malaysia ringgit..
*
Yeah quite cheap but dont get caught by SIRIM. If you do, you gonna pay RM 210 + 10% tax too which I think you better off buying AP set

i have ordered one from tmobile and awaiting delivery. in the meantime i went to carphone warehouse and played with it. nothing to fault. i have an iphone and have been a fanboi of it. however, the desire's multitouch is very good, changing screens is fast, opening programs are speedy and the keyboard is good as well, well, better than iphone as it is slightly wider
*
Nice comment from an iphone user!
From what i heard, HTC multitouch is not as good as iphone but now I am convinced that it is good!
