Yup its glosso. My moss is brown all the time its look like its coated with dust sad.gif . But after running with 2 filter, the dust problem is decreasing biggrin.gif . I got one empty gex genoah nano tank and want to setup a shrimp tank. Isit 27 Deg is acceptable for CRS and RCS? Poisoned already tongue.gif

yea those crs can survive but they cant breed easily in that temp...do note that the lower the temperature the better the coloration and easier to breed easily...my tank temp is 23 degree...optimum temp is 25 degrees...

btw, dat day i saw 1 crs lying lifeles... the next day i see no more d... coz usually if a shrimp died, the corpse will rot for a few days before its completely gone...

when crs molt, do they kinda lie down lifeless on da floor bed??...

got it really cheap from my LFS. the shop keeper says it eats alga but all i can see it keeps swallowing gravel and thorwing them back out.

THat's a cory, it does not hunt algae, but more of cleaning your gravel system...

Research, never trust 100% what the LFS tells you biggrin.gif

ok more picutres. since this is considered my experimenting tank and i am still learning about planted tanks i have a few questions that i would like to ask in the form of pictures.

1st what is that on my leaf?
user posted image
at 1st i thought it was the leaf being disease or dying but i can scrub the brown black thing off. and it only grows on this plant leaf not on any other plant i have.(fyi i have only 2 type of plant in my aquarium).

what is this plant called?
user posted image
i've search online and it says it is a watersprite. is it correct?

thank you for ur time and patience.

ok noted on the bba problem. going to tear this tank apart after CNY anyway.

thanks for the id drew on the plant.

if i were to make an iwagumi setup would this plant and a carpeting plant be sufficient or should i go for another plant?
