y didnt accept my last month payment bills.

after i pay, they send an email that they received my payment.
but few days after they send this

'We encountered a system error in our earlier email payment reminder.'

We would like to inform that your 14 November 2010 bill is due on 5 December 2010, kindly make your payment before the due date to avoid service interruption.


anyone have any info on this?

Hey how do I terminate my account? My account have been suspended! I did not pay them for 3 months now. So, Can I just terminate my 2 years account? I just left 2 months..

Just subscribed to Home Pro 2.4Mbps as blardee streamyx throttled my connection; and here is the speedtest result for P1:

yet another problem with p1..

I tried to pay my bill just now using Maybank debit card (visa) but it says that "session ended.payment failed." after I keyed in the visa verification key. The thing is the money in the bank is deducted from my bank account. I checked the payment history and no payment is made on the bill I'm trying to pay. I've used this type of payment for every bill before this one. The bill number is B1-7232835. Account number 103971867

Please reply ASAP

p1 has been Phucked up for a while now , I have had bad speeds for more than 2 weeks.

Hi, could you check for my account 104889787, I just upgrade my plan from home plus to home pro. Previously when i am using home plus with the dv300 modem i can achieve a constant speed of 150-160kbps but after i upgrade the plan and p1 send me a dx 230 modem, i have been experience a very unstable speed from 100-200kbps which it frequently drops below 100kbps and by theory i should be able to achieve a 300kbps. Could you please check for me if it is the problem of the modem or other stuff.

ps:I also experiencing an extremely high ping, 300++ on the speedtest offer by p1

First 2 days of my 2.4mbps trial was great:

noticed the latency has doubled too.

my signal strength is either full (green) and 1 bar below; now it is:
RSSI: -63.06dBm
CINR: 26.81/26.02(R3/R1)dB
TX power: 9dBm

Latency has gone down but speed only half of what i have subscribed for.

Hi P1 reps,
How to terminate my account, because I'm not satisfied with my download speed now in Bandar Baru Bangi. Its only about 300kbps or sometimes less. Tested with speedtest.net. My bittorrent is worst than this, stuck at 10 or 20 kBps. So no point subscribe to provider that don’t delivered the promises.

So how to do that? .Bandar Baru Bangi area used to be good as promise but not now.

I would like to know too cause i am currently on my 5th day on 2.4mbps home pro and i just noticed the new promo http://www.p1.com.my/highlights/Highlights_promos_M5.aspx

If no auto upgrade, i will have to cancel my current subscription before end of trial then re-apply.

The speed you're getting is not even satisfactory and you are only getting 1/4 of advertised.

4.8mbps advertised but 2mbps the most?

P1Wimax still has much to catchup compared to Yes.
