Can, exchange to a new wifi modem, after u finish your contract and also depending on which plan you using right now. Can i know what's the speed ?

This reps from P1 Norseila Binti Nawi said she will waive my bill since the problem occurred from 27/9/10 untill 30/10/2010.

I'll not pay bill on that month and if u block my internet access i know what to do. I'll complain again with CFM or NCCC.

yes P1 technician come to my house..but nothing he can do at that time.the speed still same even after he go..he said the tower can't support more bandwidth cause user ady overload..so he said they will increase the B\w..

how much they waive?..coz i still see last month bill.. rclxub.gif

I'm about to terminate my account last month, fortunately this month the speed going back ok now, acceptable..but sometimes it drop back to 200-300kbps at night.. hmm.gif

Hello P1 reps.

I have contacted my problem of being not able to visit touhou-project.com ( a choose your own adventure imageboard). I had already contacted the OP yesterday, but I am still posting here just in case the PM went unnoticed. The first problem was referred to a P1 rep via Service Chat on P1's main website, Mr. Baarghavan A/L Narayanan. It was fixed, but the fix lasted only for a day, and I cannot visit the said website again. I then PM'd OP regarding the problem to fix the problem - and it did.

However, the website just disabled again on me yesterday, and I am not able to access the site.

My account number is 103926853. Please fix this problem so that I can visit the website, because it's irritating to use a proxy. And I stress it again, please make the change stay permanently - if that's asking too much.

Does P1 has coverage at Bayu Puteri Apartment, Petaling Jaya (Near to Tropicana)? I checked the coverage from the Internet and it seems only part of the apartment blocks are covered. Does the signal and speed strong for high rise building such as condos and apartments?

Sorry for the late reply, can i know which plan u subscribe ? If its still under contract period and already over COP ( 7 days cooling of period ), then u have to pay penalty charges of Rm299 and return the modem back to P1 4G Wimax Store.

Sorry for the late reply, can i know how much you make the payment and when u make the payment ?

Regarding about your FUP or Data Usage that you can view in Self Care account, Once it's become 0MB. That's mean your speed will be slowdown 70% of the original speed. You have to wait till the next billing cycle or u can upgrade to a higher plan, then only u can have extended FUP/Data Usage.

Sorry for the late reply, Can i know did you check the P1 Coverage ( You can check P1 coverage in P1.com.my ) ? Currently i already check for you, there's no coverage for Bayu Puteri Apartment, Petaling Jaya (Near to Tropicana). Strongly not recommended, for high rise building ( More than 8th floor ). Because the signal is on 13 - 15th floor only. You may try, but no confirmation signal and speed =D

hi eseong...still same la bro..start from deepavali day untill sunday..the connection speed i got ony 200-300..in weekdays the prob start ony at night..haiyaa...mau tgk online movie pun x lepas... mad.gif

if i call p1 careline just waste my bill la....just ask me to move the modem here n there..n then ask to change dns la/..ayaaa.fed up ady..hahaha..

1. I was thinking getting P1 home pro, which up to 2.4mbps. If i reach the usage limit, is it same package as office standard which are 1.2mbps unlimited?

2. Can i know those who are using P1 Home pro 2.4mbps what are your speed before limit and after limit? (in kbps) I know it wont reach 2mbps... (I also know that speed are also depending on the area u r on) I just wanna use it as reference.

3. By comparison is there any different between home pro (2.4mbps) with office standard (1.2mbps) after reaching usage limit?

4. During raining, how much kbps are dropped from normal?

5. how regular does the p1 putus line? because i use for gaming, cant afford to putus line even 1sec and also my download manager doesnt resume download after putus line and reconnect back.

6. Are p1 IP are fixed? or random?

7.If i using Home 2.4MBps package then after 3month i felt less use can i downgrade my package? Do i need pay penalty or something?

Hi ze18,

Good day.
Our coverage/service level for high rise building is upto 10th floor and our connection speed is on best effort basis.
However u can trial our product and if not satisfied u can return our product with 7 day cooling off period with no question asked.
Do let us if need more clarification. TQVM!
