QUOTE(H3LLKEEPER @ Feb 20 2010, 01:44 PM) siberiav2 is a stereo headphones..its not meant to be 5.1 5.1 or 7.1 depends on the source.if you purchase the virtual 7.1 then it can be 7.1 never tried but 5.1 sound? i never experienced it before then only sound i experience is stereo and 7.1 mostly i use stereo for gaming cuz 7.1 for me feels harder to navigate if 5.1 source then it will obviously just ignore the rear left and rear right of the 7.1. just cos its 7.1 doesnt mean it cant do 5.1 or stereo. |

Hi guys recently i've just got a new mousepad and its none other than SS's 9HD.
If any of you out there are using Xai or any other mouse, I would highly recommend this mousepad! It works great with any mice in my opinion, and you guys would never regret getting one =P |

I would highly recommend you SS products. In my opinion they have the finest headsets. 5Hv.2 is really comfortable and you can wear it for long duration of time. Siberia looks outstanding, i would say both headsets that i mentioned works great with their USB soundcards or even without it. But i would highly recommend you to get a USB soundcard. Last but not least, Siberia v.2 is the headset which gives you both comfort and the look! how great it is!!! i wish to have one too haha you should grab that!!This post has been edited by FMJ.June: Feb 22 2010, 04:06 AM |

Like what June said, nothing but praises for it. The Siberia V2 comes in 3 flavors, white, red and black with the USB sound card. The white and red versions can be bought for RM399 whereas the black one costs RM499. The price here is from ModernoPC but prices may vary at other places. |

If im not wrong the RM399 comes with no USB sound card thats why its cheaper whereas the black one comes with USB sound card so its RM499, correct me if im wrong. The white and red versions can be bought for RM399 whereas the black one costs RM499. i used old 13 years old ALPS Switch ACER keyboard. has been used to it,
but last year, i decided to preserved the unit and use membran keyboard. and membran keyboard died on 3 month usage with my typing skill of mechanical keyboard, not sure why. i brought 3 cheap membran keyboard and none of them survive my fingers LOL. i wonder why my ALPS switch keyboard survived that long, 13 years LMAO. Been saving money to get myself a better keyboard that should last me about atleast 5 years. i won't be changing any keyboard. but this keyboard, i'm really pleased with it. But not sure about other peoples because some people are not suited with mechanical switch because it needed more force on click and you can't play long, because your fingers tired in few hour of usage. that's how my friends says when they test run my keyboard because they wanted to buy Steelseries 7G. and they end up not buying it because fingers cannot tahan long time. if you feared that your finger gets tired quickly, you can try Blue Switch Cherry Filco Keyboard. They require less force to click but prepared to be a little bit noisy because they have clicky sound when you press it. But overall, i really pleased with this keyboard, i like the feel of pressing the button and N-Key Rollover really clear all my problems of key conflicting and stopping other key functions. You can try find a cheaper version of mechanical keyboard that is FILCO, but that's only available in singapore which is the closest place to malaysia that has a distribution. http://niceday.com.sg/filco.html Filco 104-Key Keyboard Majestouch Linear Force ANSI Layout with N-Key Rollover. this is the same as Steelseries 7G, the function it lacks is only media button and usb hub and a handrest. other things are included. Add pictures of my ACER 13 years hour ALPS keyboard. i pluck one ALT button to let you see the switch inside. this is a ALPS Switch keyboard. ![]() This post has been edited by Cyclonechuah: Feb 22 2010, 06:17 AM |

The 7G doesn't really need that much pressure to click either. Quite effortless like a normal membrane keyboard.

What? the USB soundcard is freaking bad. When it comes to music, it's on par with onboard soundcard. For your info, SS headphones arent the finest headset out there when audiophile headphones are included. But since u are FMJ(clan or person?) from counter strike, i would agreed SS headset works best on that game ONLY. EDITED: My hands are pretty itchy lately. I am looking for new mousepad. 9HD better than qck heavy ah? |
