What petrol are u using? RON 95 or RON 97?? i just change to RON 97 Essos. More silent and powerful. but FC still 11+/L

11+/L is the meter reading or the accurate calculation ?
if 11+ on meter, actual only 9-10.

I wouldn't recommend you lah. I find that the place 'cut throat' customers. My SA whom I know for quite some time negotiated for me ...

You can try lah... Its along Jalan Sungai Besi, KL, the same shop that sells the famous Wan Tan Mee....

In terms of the pull/force

Why do you sound so defensive I just constantly maintain 80%~90% pedal, the car lowers one gear, pulls for 2 second and suddenly there's an extra pull, very soft though. Can't expect much from a car with mixture of power and fuel economy anyway.


Anyway I went for my 3rd service yesterday at Wegro(yes I know, a lot of bad remarks there. But it's the nearest to my house and no one is free to fetch me around ) I complained:

-Exhaust noisier than usual at certain times only. Forum brothers say maybe bocor or what.
They checked, and say no problem \:

-Rough gearchange, again.
Their answer? "Reset the ECU eledi, you drive n see how la". I told them every time I send for service, I bring this up and they came up with the same thing.

Then they try to explain another same thing again, this is conventional gearbox bla bla not cvt. Before he could finish, I interrupted him saying my friend's vios is conventional too but no jerk/not as obvious as this. Then at the end of the day, we could do nothing about it but to accept it

-Rubber strips around the door doesn't seem to be in place.
Finally a more satisfying answer. They are ordering them and will call me after they receive it

-Alignment problem I guess. Steering straight, sometimes car moving left. They say they will fix it with a charge of RM63. No difference. Can't conclude anything. Maybe road problem

Even though it wasn't that satisfying but still acceptable, but when I was about to collect my car, they asked me to drive it out myself at the car washing area. Yup, foams all over the front of my car and I was like

I may seem like complaining a lot, but deep inside I still love this car Greatful at the same time

No lar...in fact City not my preference but I only show the fact here. in the same range of B-segment car, you can actually compare only new mazda 2, vios of course, may be C-segment forte, and what others else, and you can see here, all the quality of the car is most of the same. WHY? because it is only 80k++ car and if compare to other level car, you need to pay more already.

Vios does have the similar and other problem like what you mentioned also, for mazda2 no comment since it is new, or u want compare a europe car like Peugeot 308? all car in this range they try to control cost, cut this put that and minimize the budget to maximize their profit, it is the same.

Unless pay more about 30k then can feel the different range of the car, or another 80k you can even have a better car, trust me, no1 will satisfy and even myself also not satisfied my own car, I also keep thinking when can i upgrade to the next.

This is human fact and not only to you, i myself applied the same as well

Hahaha.. Actually the mazda 3 interior caught my attention when it was displayed in Times Square. But my dad say the resale value not good etc. So forced to choose between City and Vios Honda ftw! Thanks to the interior too haha.

Well I would like to hear some vios COMMON problem so I would stop praising it x:

I using RON97 when getting this FC. Now I using RON95 but still getting the same FC sometimes higher depends on travelling profile type..

Alightment & balancing RM 60??

SO expensive ah?? is it posible take to normal tyre shop? as i know outside only RM 30

THis is what from my parents also, end up i just pay the car myself, then no one can comment so much.

Anyone who is considering to get a honda, you should avoid MH Prestige Auto at all cost.

The sales manager, yeah, the manager not the sales agent, simply give your car to other people despite the fact that you had paid for the downpayment and all the insurance documents done.

At one point, rushing you to pay the downpayment, another point, give your car to other people..

One hell of a service..

Please lodge a complaint to HONDA Malaysia to allow them to keep track of the branches service ethics.

Bro,i tried RON 97 and 95 and there is no difference for HONDA city at all.

Its the same,for RM 60 petrol can only go about 340-360kms only.And no I dont rev alot,just NORMAL driving like how everybody else drives on the road.

So far my car has done 24730 kms already.Fuel consumption has been like that since day one.I dont think it will ever improve..

Same here, kevin23 But the first few weeks I kept monitoring my real-time fc meter.. so sometimes can get 400 before the petrol light appear.

hi all friend here , I have few questions here :

1)Isn't the new car battery from Honda under warranty 2 years ?
2)If yes (warranty in 2 year ), isn't direct brings only the battery to any service center of Honda ?
3)Why the battery weak so fast ?I went to rechange but unsuccessful too... the car only now with alarm and light , can't start it ..( the car only going 8400km in 15 month )
4)If Honda no allow to claim it, which battery is battery and suit for Honda city,please let me know the Brand ,size and better have model ...
