i hope his dream come true...

I jailbreak 3.1.2 with blackra1n.
With cydia and such, but i can't access to the iphone path. e.g: /var/blah.....

Last time i did find out need to install a source from cydia but i lost that website already.
anyone mind tell me which to install?

my fren upgrade his phone to 3.1.3 and got it locked.. before that i'd backed up his shsh file in cydia and had mod my host file as well.. but i still cant downgrade to 3.1.2... anything im missing?

How do I completely remove blackra1n JB or all of the JB stuff from my iPhone if one day later I decided that it's too much hassle needing to restart my iPhone only with blackra1n?

just restore your phone thru itunes...

this will remove everything regarding JB....

yes and the thing about 3.1.3 is that once u go up without jailbreaking, you can't do anymore jailbreaking even if you're with the older bootrom

u can remove thru cydia if its jb apps

go cydia download this CyDelete , then u can delete in springboard just like other app store apps

Need for help .My friend had accidentally install the wrong file for his iphone 3gs. Instead of choosing custom restore,he wrongly choose restore file during his jb using snowbreeze. Now his iphone in DFU mode.Any idea how to downgrade from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2?I try to google but can't find the solution(already tried saurik method adding source to "host")

Hi guys. Just got a 3Gs yesterday with firmware 3.1.2. Tried using redsnow for jb and following the tutorial but there is an error message saying ' Device isn't eligible for required build.' Any idea why?

me too, mine also 3.1.2 with baseband 05.11.07, I'm having the same problem with you, then I straight away JB using the redsn0w 0.9.3, the JB process went through without error, but it didn't install cynia at all.

ended up using blackra1n to JB successfully. but it is tethered jailbreak.

I off my 3Gs then can't on back it show the logo that call me put cable my phone to PC,whats the problem?
