I think we should just wait.. i trust Geohotz methods of jailbreaking more then anyone else.. its too simple.. anyway i need to send my 3gs old bootrom for warranty as the home button is not as sensitive as before. I am sure they will replace my old 3gs (old bootrom) with a new 3gs running 3.1.3. No choice.. i have to do it now

Another thing is, if i for example would like to restore, would I have to firstly change my root password back to ALPINE first and then restore.. sorry, havent really experimented with this..and I need to know as I am sending my phone back to Maxis for warranty..

Still no luck, tried snowbreeze (3gs 3.1.3 , old bootrom) and 1604 error pop up during restoration process

Is it because our new 3gs with FW 05.12.01 cannot jailbreak or because we already update to 3.1.3?

i just restore and jailbroken my phone into 3.1.2 FW.... but somehow, the cydia keep jump out to springboard... mayb i know what is the problem? Previously it was ok, i still can enter cydia to reinstall sbsetting and SSH....

guys...i reboot my JB 3GS...i'm using 3.1.2...as usually i need to JB after reboot it...but today i reset my network setting...and it goes to reboot..then i JB it back and it won't work,the blackrain image is still there,but then its goes reboot again...then my fren ask me to restore..when i restore on the itunes it appear "iphone could not be restore,the device isn't eligeable for the requested build"...

of course cannot restore bcos apple is stop signing firmware 3.1.2.. u got save ur ecid? probably can use that to restore it

hello..i need help here..i cant open my cydia application on my iphone 2g.. i hav unlock n jailbreak 1 month ago using 3.1.2 redsnow..then my iphone hang today..i cant even shutdown unless my battery k.o. then i turn it on become ok already..but still cannot open the cydia application..
