I feel bit regret using iPhone when there is no free version of superb gps software like garmin, mapking, etc. Feel like downgrading..

use the map app that came with it. not bad. real time movement as you move. although u need to knwo how to read one manually ;p

Is there a way to input coordinate in Tomtom? can't seem to find the function... or is it not possible?

Btw Tomtom interface is much better than Papago!! If they update the map then perfect liao =)
though I think the map is already quite ok for me, since my area which is quite new also got show up why do you guys keep saying the map not updated?

The Jusco tebrau city that were build around 07 didnt show up on the map !

haha, I don't think there is any free GPS software for other devices as well....

So far so good with M6 Papago + Malfree map... the POI quite ok even in Kedah.

PPG has an update.

M6.4 has new malfreemap map dated 15th April 2010. Total download size 242.8MB. Been working real nicely for me and signal lock has been very fast.

I don't really care about the map update. Self update can always be done.

The main priority here, why they haven't fix the UI laggines?

The problem will become more prominent in landscape mode

it's a pity that MFM has stop the map update for Papago ATM.. they are facing some prob here... haiz..

It's temporary. They are still finalising who's goint to be responsible after antyong retirement.

since when garmin offer free software ?

tomtom also has the problem of car flying out of the road... like papago..

i wonder if the iphone's gps chip itself is not that good compare to nokia's.. or is it garmin software more reliable?
