QUOTE(mADmAN @ Jan 13 2010, 07:30 PM) old LCD is a samsung 226bw color production looks good to me...im not much of a videophile.....though honestly its hard for me to compare.... was using 8600gt with the 226bw and that card cant handle native reso nicely. then i bought new GC with the ST2410 one shot...so image is of course better la considering i can run everything at native reso now huh??? 8600gt cant push ur 22inch lcd?? then how about if using onboard graphic?? ma very worst??

QUOTE(dragon528 @ Jan 14 2010, 01:28 PM) Actually how big different between HDMI cable and DVI cable? Why do HDMI cable cost so expensive? HDMI will allow you to carry sound across the connection too. But if you aren't interested in your LCD's integrated speakers, then DVI will work equally well in terms of picture quality.

Currently in the market...any LCD monitor like LCD TV spec? I mean Full HD 1080p, HDMI cable support and with speaker?
Coz I found out..if the LCD monitor dont have speaker...will dont have sound when use it to play PS3 via HDMI. Pls advise any alternative solution besides using LCD TV or DVI. Thanks.

QUOTE(LokiD.d.G @ Jan 10 2010, 04:16 PM) Perhaps the Dell ST2410 then? Or Viewsonic VX2433W.
By the way, both are 1920x1080. You'll be hard pressed to find a 1920x1200 monitor under RM1k. i just ordered ST2410 yesterday and upgraded to 4 years warranty. From the order status, 14-Jan-2010 Order Received 14-Jan-2010 Work in Progress Do they already process my credit card and any idea how many days they will deliver the monitor>?

QUOTE(arkard @ Jan 14 2010, 12:42 AM) Hi Gents, May i have your comments on this monitor; Dell G2410 24inch LED MonitorCNET reviewI was initially pretty set on the ST2410 due to all the recommendations and the pricing of course, however i was kinda turned off by the curvy design and round base. The G2410 seems to do pretty well in the CNET review, only downside is that it doesnt have HDMI input, which i can live with. Its going for RM839! Guys, anyone purchased or have feedback on the monitor above?

If u onbord audio KO just link ur speaker to the LCD audio OUTPUT (if have) than u save some trouble&money to buy new audio card BTW there is driver for HDMI audio output from GC so make sure u install it >< (i doesn't install mine) if not u heard nothing from HDMI This post has been edited by bai1101: Jan 14 2010, 05:51 PM

Thanks. for ur information, those Full HD LCD 1080p monitor that come with HDMI input, most of them is come with build in speaker, as i saw my brother Acer H233H, my Acer T230H. Dell 23" 24" that come with HDMI also with speaker.............. but dun expect to much on those build in speaker, u will really need a proper PC speaker or a Hi-Fi set to boost ur sound..........i can say i hate my build in speaker of my acer T230H, but at least they have it

QUOTE(linearz @ Jan 14 2010, 04:52 PM) Do they already process my credit card and any idea how many days they will deliver the monitor>? The same question has been asked multiple times already. For monitors, Dell usually takes three business days to deliver after they have cleared your payment.
