QUOTE(advocado @ May 7 2010, 02:29 PM) I though although CDZ has faster reading speed, the parts used are less quality than the 1st version. As such CDZ are prone to break down. Last time I almost bought the 1st ver NeoGeo CD, though the loading speed is superbly pathetic, it still give pretty great experience. The gamepad pretty nice too, like the red/blue/yellow buttons. You can play the sound & music of the games on normal CD players. Anybody buying or keeping the Neo Geo AES? That seems to be the ultimate machine. 3rotor has one, and he's ultimate

QUOTE(gundamalpha @ May 12 2010, 01:26 AM) After years/decade of consideration, finally sharp twin famicom an-505bk, one of my fav. It has the cart, fds and built-in turbo stick function as well. Congratz ! the problem with fds is that the rubber band will need to be replaced within few years. Yours still working ? This post has been edited by chronims: May 12 2010, 10:09 AM

Yup, just replaced. But I don't have any game to test it, not really interested in the FCD function

*Googles Biosensor N64* Oh, that's what it does. If this was an additional purchase, I'd be super pissed, since it supports a grand total of 1 game. Since it's a peripheral that came with Tetris 64, then it's fine. Unless the purchase price was super expensive, like say, Steel Battalion.
