Bump topic. Long time this page was not updated.

This year's take:

GBA games, been looking a long time for these:

Attached Image

Gameboy games, the car adaptor was like rm10 only:

Attached Image

Sega Saturn games, obscure fighting games Suiko Enbu, it's champion edition upgrade and Shin Oh Ken:

Attached Image

PSP games, Homestar portable works with the optional GPS attachment, I've tried it and it sorta works:

Attached Image

PS2 Games, wow the PS2 is now 2 generations down and almost 15 years old....

Thunder Force Vi with the soundtrack CD sampler

Attached Image

DoDonPachi Dai Ou Jou and ESP Galuda, two games that come with super play DVDs...

Attached Image

Fate Unlimited Codes again and a pachinko Street Fighter game

Attached Image

Spectral vs Generations was made by Taiwan's IGS and was a mashup fighting game featuring Spectral Souls and Generations of Chaos characters.

While Melty Blood Actress Again is the sequel to the popular doujin fighter.

Attached Image

it's the limited edition with the 2 disc soundtrack inside a DVD case

Attached Image

the game was used but the soundtrack was apparently new, I haven't even opened it yet...

Retro consoles are so hard to get in Malaysia

I watch the Game Chasers on Youtube, there are so many retro gaming items that can be found in their flea markets & even some game stores

really jelly sweat.gif

recently acquires the PHAT PS1 for cheap

but it has this nagging problem of self-resetting after been turned on for a while, like 40 minutes or so (random)

anyone knows the specific problem? I already checked the cables & my power supply, nothing wrong

Haven't encounter self reset on a PS1 before but did encountered on Dreamcast. For the Dreamcast, the power connector is join by pins which expands when it get hot and loss contact causing reset. I took it off and bend the pins for better contact. Not sure if this applies to you on the PS1

yup, actually I asked this on a PS1 forum and this guy said the same, it's the pin that is causing the console to self reset

he provided a picture too:

basically it's the pin in the black & yellow circle, but I'm not a tech-guy & not brave enough to conduct all this

possibly it will get worse tongue.gif

already opened my PS1 & clean the said pin yesterday, no noticeable bending on the pin

tried it, the PS1 still resetting unfortunately cry.gif

going for another go today, cleaning the pin thoroughly & checking even for the slight bend on the pin

Also check if there is any leaks on the capacitors, or if you have another PS1, swap the whole power board.

I have another PS1, but possibly a recond unit. It is modded but will only play certain pirated CDs

how to check if all the parts inside is not a recond one?
