The supplied indoor antenna is good enough....no need to worry for lightning strike....

The receiver is supplied with 2 type of antenna; an AM loop the rectangle plastic frame with wires coiling along the edge that use coaxial connector, and the thin wire about 1.5 meter long for the FM receptor. By the way, why do you need to have longer than supplied cable? Is the receptor very poor?

bcos ur location at Kedah and very far away from KL or Bangkok's radio station...
i think no way to avoid the buzz unless u can extend the wire & antenna higher than roof about 20 feet...

anyway, ytday i squeeze and located my subwoofer on the floor... but the air purifier (with ionizer) just right beside the subwoofer... will both equipments effect each others?
