It come pre-installed if you download your Papago package from Papago Taiwan site.

How does it work? I downloaded the Papago X5 from market and the map version is already showing malxxxxxx0415, so I just click the trial version and use?

But when I go to my location, it keeps on setting me in KL near P Ramlee while I'm in Penang... any solution?

i just install and 1st time open it ask whether i wanna use wifi/internet or gps
i untick wifi/internet

then my current location is in KL... i havent try go outside yet... is it possible to set to wifi in the program?
cant seem to find the setting for it

and my phone is HTC desire.

This question has been asked several times before, seems like many people get confused when they start Papago and the map is not moving.

When you see there is a satellite icon on the top right flashing, it means the phone is trying to look for GPS signal and locking down ur location.
You need to be in an open space to get GPS signal only then the map navigation works.

It wont work when you are inside a building.

Papago only works with GPS, there is no option to run on WIFI/3G.

So um, i know this a stupid question but which Android phone has the best GPS chip other than the Garmin Asus A10? I know the Galaxy S GPS is crap.

but after trying side by side with my PPG GPS.. i think i wont rely on my milestone, unless GPS not with me..

Window tinting film will not disrupt the signal.

Samsung Galaxy 5 work with papago X5 ... i use it... seems working OK... just use Galaxy 5... Quite OK... but screen size small ... but it's cheapest... so i think .. it's a good for budget tight and new android user... TQ

but my papago in galaxy 5 is not functioning well.... always cannot detect GPS satellite...
i using software gps test, found there is many satellite around.... but papago showing that cannot detect satellite... wtf...
my garmin is just beside my papago... but garmin detect 4 bar signal from satellite...
i also dunno what happen?? any solution? my friend galaxy 5 also same with me...
